Beyond the surface we also want to provide a platform to cater to dietary requirements. We achieve this by making almost everything onsite! We know what goes into our food and we stand by it. Our menu is 98% gluten-free and we mean it, from sauces to fryer to donuts it is entirely free of any gluten substances except for Garlic Bread (Darn you garlic goodness!)

We want to restore what food is to our community and to the people. Using local bakeries, butcheries, produce in every aspect we possibly can trying our best to do our part, to our piece of the world.
